Our leadership team

Mark Gray

Mark’s vision to re-engineer recruitment using a combination of traditional marketing principals and digital technologies was realized when he founded graylink in 2002. With the belief that the Internet would challenge the recruiting status quo – companies over-relying on recruitment agencies, untargeted recruitment communications with high media wastage and inefficient recruitment processes – Mark began developing an integrated recruitment solution which looked to exploit the full potential of the Internet to help companies recruit the best talent quicker, more efficiently and for less.

Prior to establishing graylink, Mark was MD of Fresh Ventures, a new-venture incubator for Jamie Oliver and before that, Client Partner at leading US digital services agency Razorfish. Father of 4, when Mark has any spare time, he’s either crafting his next vintage of wine or having a ‘board’ meeting of the surf type!

Andy Coe

Inspired by new, challenging and changing environments, Andy passionately believes in achieving sustainable business success through the engagement, coaching and development of people. Throughout his career with companies like ICI, Zeneca, Astra Zeneca and Syngenta, Andy has achieved considerable success across functional and cultural boundaries with managers, teams and industry groups in the UK, Europe, North and South America and Asia.

Before joining graylink, he established a successful independent UK based Change Management Consultancy. Outside of work Andy enjoys spending time with his daughter and actively participates in windsurfing, tennis, skiing, snow boarding and cycling.

Carl Warburg

Carl’s forte is in defining and delivering digital solutions. A champion of usable and simple design, Carl has worked across a range of applications and industries, for the likes of Diageo, British Airways, Unilever and Nissan in the European market, delivering everything from simple banner ads to e-commerce solutions.

Approachable, level-headed and pragmatic, Carl is driven by the notion that technology should be intuitive and user-friendly, not just functionally rich. A disciple of the User-Centred Design school of thought, Carl is responsible for ensuring that graylink’s technology does what it’s users want it to.

Prior to joining graylink, Carl was Head of Digital Control at TMW (Europe’s largest independent Direct Agency) and before that, Digital Producer at leading US digital services agency Razorfish. Father of 3, Carl’s spare time is spent riding waves, playing guitar or indulging his passion for all things African.
