graylink management team

mark gray Mark Gray: Director, Strategic Business Development

Mark's vision to re-engineer HR using a combination of traditional marketing principals and interactive technologies was realized when he founded graylink in 2002. Using the notion that little difference exists between recruiting and retaining customers and recruiting and retaining talent, Mark began developing an integrated recruitment solution built on well-established marketing foundations.

Prior to establishing graylink, Mark was MD of Fresh Ventures, a new-venture incubator and before that, Client Partner at leading US digital services agency Razorfish. Father of 3, when Mark has any spare time, he's either crafting his next vintage of wine or having a ˜board' meeting of the surf type!
