As a graylink Account Manager you will manage post-sales relationships with an assigned client base. A key output of your role is happy customers – supporting reference ability, upsells and contract renewals. To achieve this you will focus on servicing client needs quickly and efficiently, managing client expectations and ensuring optimal product utilization by client in order to achieve the business objectives agreed together with them. You will also be responsible for continually identifying client needs which graylink can satisfy across your client base. Previous experience in Account/ Relationship Management is a must.
