By sending us your CV via email to a relevant job area (listed in the ‘Positions available‘ page), fishtank (one of our own recruitment automation solutions) automatically stores, indexes and classifies your information (including attached documents) against the various job profiles which graylink recruits for.
As and when new positions become available within graylink, we review our own talent database for potential hires first. We may also, from time to time, advertise positions using targeted online media channels including niche websites, industry-specific job boards and search engines (e.g. Google), as well as solicit referrals from our networks on social media platforms (e.g. facebook).
Having completed our sourcing process, we will invite you for an interview(s) if we feel that you have sufficient skills, experience and fit. Background checks and assessments are a standard activity in our recruiting process – these typically being performed after succesfully progressing through our interviewing process. Finally, before we provide an offer of employment, we like you to meet with the rest of the graylink team (normally done over a glass of good wine at the office) to ensure fit!
